ePro

Our eProcurement system provides a single point of entry for all online catalogue ordering and requests for ad hoc quotations. Implemented in 2010, ePro is a proven technology in terms of integration with client systems and is currently fully integrated with SAP, Maximo and other systems. We offer various types of integration options to best suit our customers’ preferences and requirements.

We work closely with clients to provide a customised ePro portal to suit their requirements and internal processes, to provide the most effective and streamlined process to speed up the ordering of products, and to reduce transactional costs. Each client portal is unique, offering easy access to the customer’s contracted items, additional catalogues of interest to that customer, and real time data on stock items.  Each portal is monitored local 80:20 buyers responsible for that client’s account, ensuring quick access to customer service and responses to requisitions.

 

eExpediting

eExpediting is an innovative system that tracks all items on order from multiple suppliers, highlighting lead times and due dates, and automating the expediting process for our clients. Not only do our clients save on the time and effort required to expedite all their orders, but the reduction in late orders and lost operational time due to late items adds value to our clients on a daily and hourly basis.

eExpediting focuses on the management of the expediting process and visibility of lead times on all order information. Among the benefits are faster response times, dramatic reduction in clients manual intervention, more accurate expected lead times to allow for clearer visibility for planning and supplier delivery performance. The web based system can be integrated with customers’ existing warehouse management system ensuring a single data source is in use for all order information enabling accurate data driven analysis and decisions.

 

eHire

eHire is an innovative sytem that tracks all equipment on hire from multiple suppliers, highlighting on hire and return dates, generating daily and monthly reports on hire spends, and automating the hire management process for our clients. The reduction of unnecessary costs associated with overdue and forgotten rentals is staggering, and makes a huge difference for our clients on a daily and monthly basis.

eHire provides a single point of entry for all on hire and off hire asset information, thereby improving efficiencies across the asset hiring process. Among the benefits are faster response times, more accurate reporting of hires, real time unit location, improved cost visibility and centralised capturing of asset inspection certificate information. The web based system can be integrated with customers’ existing warehouse management system or through the extension of our own warehouse management module ensuring a single data source is in use for all asset information enabling accurate data driven analysis and decisions.
