We worked with a client to minimise their process costs to enable effective management of their tail-end spend while maintaining control.

Approach

We reduced the number of steps in the client’s procurement processes, created of buyer group within client’s ERP system, reduced active vendors and automated processes with 80:20’s eProcurement portal.

Deliverables

Overall, we achieved a reduction of 300 vendors, more than 4,000 purchase lines automated and implemented a single-step quotation approval process.
