Donald Macleod

Managing Director of US Operations

Donald joined 80:20 in 2021 as Managing Director and has over 20 years of industry experience. He’s previously worked in senior roles for an international oil and gas operator and several service companies in the energy sector and holds an MBA degree from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, Scotland.

Robin Higginbotham

Key Account Manager

Robin is our Key Account Manager based in Houston and works closely with our clients in North America to support their procurement requirements. 

Craig Jennings

UK Business Manager

Craig joined 80:20 in 2015 and has held a number of roles across the business before progressing to his current role as UK Business Manager. Craig looks after a large operational team and is responsible for operations in the UK. 

Natasha Buxo

Global Business Support Manager

Natasha joined the company in 2016 as a Business Development Executive before progressing to her current role as Global Business Support Manager. Natasha is based in Aberdeen and manages our UK-based buying team and oversees multiple client accounts. 

Steve McHardy

Global Supply Chain Manager

Steve is based in Aberdeen, UK and has a multi-disciplined role looking after key client accounts and managing an operational team. His career highlight is being part of the company’s growth from a small local company to a global procurement business. 

Kim Smith

Global Business Improvement Manager

Kim is our Global Business Improvement Manager based in Aberdeen, UK. She is responsible for identifying and implementing upgrades to our systems, processes and technology across global operations.
